Childless Comfort (Korean: 무자식 상팔자; RR: Moozasik Sangpalja) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on the cable network JTBC. The series, which consists of 40 episodes, was broadcast from October 27, 2012, to March 17, 2013, in the Saturday and Sunday 20:50 time slot. It was directed by Jung Eul-Young and written by Kim Soo-Hyun.

Plot

The series explores the lives and interpersonal dynamics of a three-generation family, including parents, their three sons, their daughters-in-law, and their grandchildren. The narrative centers on the challenges faced by the family members as they navigate domestic life and unexpected crises. A central conflict begins when a family member, So-Young, is discovered to be pregnant while unmarried, forcing the family to confront social expectations and internal tensions.
