Cheon Hee-Joo (Hangul: 천희주) is a South Korean television actress born on August 8, 1997. She is also known by the alias Yang Jung-Min (양정민). Over her career, she has appeared in various South Korean television drama series across major broadcasting networks.

Her early notable television credits include a supporting role as Kye Bo-Ram in the 2021 MBC drama On The Verge Of Insanity and the recurring character Noh Ji-A in the popular SBS series The Penthouse: War in Life (2020–2021) and its second season in 2021.
