Check in Hanyang is a South Korean television drama series that aired on Channel A from December 21, 2024, to February 9, 2025. The series follows the lives of four interns working at Yongcheonru, described as the grandest guesthouse in the Joseon era, where the guiding principle is that the customer is king.

Plot

The story focuses on four individuals who join the guesthouse as interns, each harboring personal motivations for their employment. The central characters include:

• Lee Eun (played by Bae In-Hyuk), a prince who conceals his royal identity to work at the guesthouse under the alias Lee Eun-Ho.
• Hong Deok-Su (played by Kim Ji-Eun), a woman who disguises herself as a man with the ambition of becoming the guesthouse's general manager.
• Cheon Jun-Hwa (played by Jung Gun-Joo), the reluctant successor to the guesthouse, forced into an internship by his father.
• Ko Su-Ra (played by Jae Chan), who seeks to restore his family's declining status by securing a permanent position at the establishment.

As they navigate their duties and the challenges of the guesthouse, the four interns develop personal bonds and share their experiences.

The series was broadcast on Channel A in the Saturday and Sunday 19:50 time slot. It followed the conclusion of the drama Marry You and was succeeded by The Witch on February 15, 2025.
