The television series is based on the webcomic titled Chamkyoyook, written by Chae Yong-Taek and illustrated by Han Ga-Ram. The webcomic was initially published starting November 1, 2020, through the Naver platform.

Plot Synopsis

School environments face challenges regarding classroom discipline and the erosion of teacher authority. In response, the National Assembly and the Minister of Education pass an amendment to protect teachers' rights, leading to the creation of the Educational Rights Protection Bureau. Na Hwa-Jin, portrayed by Kim Moo-Yul, joins this organization as a supervisor sent to problem schools to address disciplinary issues.
