Cha Seo-Won (born Lee Chang-Seop; April 15, 1991) is a South Korean actor known for his work in television dramas and film. He previously used the stage name Lee Chang-Yeop.

Early Life and Personal Background

Cha Seo-Won was born in Busan, South Korea, on April 15, 1991, under the birth name Lee Chang-Seop. Early in his professional career, he performed under the stage name Lee Chang-Yeop before adopting the name Cha Seo-Won.

Acting Career

Cha has appeared in numerous television series and feature films since his debut in the 2010s. His early television credits include minor or supporting roles in productions such as SBS's The Heirs (2013) and KBS Drama's Miss Mamma Mia (2015). Over the subsequent years, he secured more prominent roles across major South Korean broadcasting networks and streaming platforms.

In 2019, he appeared in the KBS2 television series Liver or Die as Lee We-Sang and featured in the tvN series Miss Lee. That same year, he made an appearance in the independent film A Boy and Sungreen (2019). He gained wider recognition for his starring role as Yoon Jae-Min in the MBC daily drama series The Second Husband (2021–2022), a performance that earned him industry recognition. In 2022, he appeared as Teacher Ryu in Park Chan-wook's acclaimed feature film Decision to Leave.
