Bungee Jumping of Their Own (Korean: 번지점프를 하다; RR: Beonjijeompeureul Hada) is a 2001 South Korean romantic drama film directed by Kim Dae-seung. The film explores themes of reincarnation and enduring love, following a man who remains haunted by the memory of his first love years after her sudden disappearance.

Plot
The story begins in 1983, where college freshmen Seo In-woo (Lee Byung-hun) and In Tae-hee (Lee Eun-ju) meet and fall in love. They share a deep connection and make a promise to keep their love eternal, symbolized by a vow to go bungee jumping together. However, their relationship is cut short when Tae-hee disappears from In-woo's life.
Seventeen years later, In-woo is a high school teacher, married with a family. Despite his settled life, he has never forgotten Tae-hee. During a lecture, he encounters a male student, Lim Hyeon-bin (Yeo Hyeon-soo), whose habits, mannerisms, and speech patterns bear a striking resemblance to those of his lost love. As In-woo begins to suspect that Tae-hee has been reincarnated in the form of his student, he becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth behind the boy's identity.
