Broker is a 2022 South Korean drama film written and directed by Hirokazu Koreeda. Plot
Sang-hyun (Song Kang-ho) operates as a self-styled "broker of goodwill," finding new parents for infants left in baby boxes for a fee. He works alongside his partner, Dong-soo (Gang Dong-won). Their operation becomes complicated when So-young (IU), a young mother who initially abandoned her child, returns to the baby box. Meanwhile, detectives Soo-jin (Bae Doona) and Lee (Lee Joo-young) conduct a surveillance operation to catch the brokers in the act.
