Bride of the Sun
Bride of the Sun (Korean: 태양의 신부; RR: Taeyangui Sinbu) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on the SBS network. The series consisted of 112 episodes and was broadcast from October 24, 2011, to March 30, 2012, in the weekday 08:40 time slot.

Plot
The story follows Kim Hyo-Won (Jang Shin-Young), a woman who has spent years supporting her family, including her ill younger brother. To secure her family's financial future, she makes the difficult decision to marry Lee Kang-Ro (Han Jin-Hee), a significantly older and wealthy man. Following the marriage, Hyo-Won faces various emotional challenges involving her new in-laws and her husband's past.
The narrative also features Choi Jin-Hyuk (Jung Eun-Woo), a man who was adopted by an American couple at age five after witnessing his parents' deaths in a fire. Upon returning to South Korea as a successful businessman, he seeks to exact revenge against Lee Kang-Ro, whom he holds responsible for the tragedy that destroyed his family.
