Blue Fish (Korean: 푸른 물고기; RR: Pureun Mulgogi) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on SBS in 2007. The series consists of 16 episodes and was broadcast on Saturdays and Sundays at 21:55.

Production

The series was directed by Kim Soo-ryong and written by Ku Sun-Kyung. It premiered on April 7, 2007, and concluded its run on May 27, 2007.

Plot

The story follows Eun-Soo (played by Ko So-Young), a violinist who moved to Australia during her childhood. Upon returning to South Korea for a performance, she meets Hyun-Woo (Park Jung-Chul), a car racer. The two develop a relationship, and Hyun-Woo assists Eun-Soo in visiting her hometown of Pyeongchang. After an engagement ceremony in Australia, Hyun-Woo returns to Seoul and abruptly ceases communication, leading Eun-Soo to believe he has married someone else. Three years later, after Eun-Soo has moved on and is considering a marriage proposal from Dong-Hyuk (Ryu Tae-Joon), she encounters Hyun-Woo again, discovering that their separation was orchestrated by their parents.
