Behind Every Star (Korean: 연예인 매니저로 살아남기; RR: Yeonein Managerro Salanamgi) is a South Korean television series that aired on the tvN network from November 7 to December 13, 2022. The drama, directed by Baek Seung-Ryong and written by Park So-Young, consists of 12 episodes and explores the high-pressure environment of the entertainment industry.

Premise
The series is set within Method Entertainment, a prominent talent management agency. It follows the daily lives, professional challenges, and personal ambitions of the managers who work to keep their celebrity clients in the spotlight. The show is a South Korean adaptation of the French television series Dix pour cent (Call My Agent!), which originally premiered in 2015.

- Ma Tae-Oh (Lee Seo-Jin): The general director of the agency. He is a strategic and ambitious professional who often employs unconventional methods to achieve his goals.

Behind Every Star occupied the Monday and Tuesday 22:30 time slot on tvN. It followed the conclusion of the series Mental Coach Jegal and was succeeded by Missing: The Other Side 2 on December 19, 2022.
