Babysitter (2016 South Korean TV Series)

Babysitter is a four-episode South Korean television drama series that aired on KBS2 from March 14 to March 22, 2016. The series falls within the mystery and thriller genres and was directed by Kim Yong-Soo with a screenplay written by Choi Hyo-Bi.

Plot

The story centers on a highly educated and attractive woman who is hired to work as a babysitter for the three children of a wealthy couple. As the narrative progresses, the babysitter's behavior begins to shift, leading to mysterious and unsettling developments within the household.

Production

The series occupied the Monday and Tuesday 22:00 time slot on KBS2, succeeding Moorim School and preceding My Lawyer, Mr. Joe. During the casting process, actress Koo Ha-Ra was initially offered the lead female role but ultimately declined. The production marked the first television drama acting role for Shin Yoon-Joo.
