Angel Eyes (South Korean TV Series)

Angel Eyes (Hangul: 엔젤아이즈) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on the SBS network in 2014. The series was directed by Choi Mun-seok and Park Shin-woo, with a screenplay written by Yoon Ji-ryeon. It consists of 20 episodes and was broadcast on Saturday and Sunday nights at 22:00.

Plot Synopsis

The story follows Park Dong-joo, a surgeon, and Yoon Soo-wan, an emergency 119 worker. The two were each other's first love during their youth, but they were separated due to difficult family circumstances. Yoon Soo-wan was blind as a child but regained her sight following an eye transplant surgery. The narrative centers on their reunion 12 years after their initial separation.

Angel Eyes premiered on April 5, 2014, and concluded its run on June 15, 2014. It occupied the SBS Saturday and Sunday 22:00 time slot, succeeding the drama The Woman Who Married Three Times and preceding Endless Love.
