Plot

The story centers on Go Yoo (played by Sehun), an 18-year-old high school student known for his athletic prowess, particularly in basketball. He shares a close bond with his friend, Go Joon-Hee (Jo Joon-Young), a top-performing student who suffers from poor physical health. After receiving a kidney transplant from Go Yoo, Joon-Hee begins to experience cellular memory syndrome, a phenomenon where the recipient of an organ transplant inherits memories or personality traits from the donor.

The central conflict arises when both friends fall in love with the same transfer student, Han So-Yeon (Jang Yeo-Bin). While So-Yeon is intelligent and popular, she harbors a secret that leads her to maintain emotional distance from her peers.
