Plot

The series follows Choi Michaela, a musical actress who possesses the supernatural ability to see the "lifespan clocks" of the people around her, including her own. Her life takes a turn when she encounters Lee Do-Ha, a man who has the unique ability to pause her countdown. As they grow closer, their relationship becomes central to the narrative.

Production

The production process for About Time included a script reading held in February 2018 at Studio Dragon in Sangam, South Korea. Principal photography for the lead actors, Lee Sang-Yoon and Lee Sung-Kyung, began on February 12, 2018, at a restaurant in the Gangnam District of Seoul.

During the production phase, the cast underwent a significant change. Actor Lee Seo-Won was originally cast in the role of Jo Jae-Yoo. However, he was removed from the project on May 16, 2018, following allegations of sexual harassment. He was subsequently replaced by Kim Dong-Jun.
