A Song to the Sun, known in Japan as Taiyo no uta (タイヨウのうた), is a Japanese television drama series that aired on the TBS network in 2006. The series consists of 10 episodes and was broadcast from July 14 to September 15, 2006.

Plot
The story follows Kaoru Amane, a young street musician who suffers from xeroderma pigmentosum (XP), a rare genetic condition that prevents her from being exposed to direct sunlight. Her life intersects with Koji Fujishiro, a young man working at a seaside inn who has lost his ambition and passion for music. Through their connection, Koji finds inspiration to pursue his musical dreams again, while Kaoru continues her efforts to become a singer despite her health challenges.
