A Shop for Killers (Korean: 킬러들의 쇼핑몰; RR: Killerdeului Shoppingmall) is a South Korean streaming television series based on the novel Salinjaui Shoppingmall by author Kang Ji-Young. The series was released through Disney+ across eight episodes between January 17 and February 7, 2024.

Premise and Plot

The narrative centers on Jeong Ji-An, an orphaned college student whose life is upended following the sudden death of her uncle, Jeong Jin-Man. Raised by her uncle after losing both of her parents during her childhood, Ji-An discovers that the quiet lifestyle she knew hid an extraordinary reality: her uncle operated a secret, specialized shopping mall catering to assassins.

Production and Release

Directed by Lee Kwon and No Kyu-Yeob, the series was adapted for the screen from Kang Ji-Young's novel, which was published on February 14, 2020, by Jaeumgwamoeum. The production was broadcast via Disney+ starting on January 17, 2024, concluding its eight-episode run on February 7, 2024. A second season has been slated for release in 2026.
