A Quiet Dream (2016 Film)

A Quiet Dream (Korean: 춘몽; RR: Chunmong) is a 2016 South Korean film written and directed by Zhang Lu. The film premiered at the Busan International Film Festival on October 6, 2016, and was released theatrically in South Korea on October 13, 2016. The title Chunmong can be translated literally as either "Spring Dream" or "Empty Dream."

Plot

The story centers on Ye-Ri (Han Ye-Ri), a woman who operates a bar inherited from her father. She is surrounded by three men who are deeply in love with her. Despite their differing personalities, the men compete for her attention while simultaneously finding comfort in their shared bond.

Principal photography for the film took place over a short period in 2016, beginning on April 7 and concluding on April 29.
