A Man Called God
A Man Called God (Korean: 신이라 불리운 사나이) is a South Korean television series that aired on MBC from March 6 to May 23, 2010. The 24-episode drama was broadcast on weekends at 21:45. The series is based on the 1999 comic book of the same name by the late author Park Bong-seong.

Plot
The story follows Choi Kang-Ta, played by Song Il-Kook, who returns to South Korea seeking vengeance for the death of his parents. After being adopted by an American family during his childhood, he develops exceptional abilities. His quest for revenge leads him to target four individuals he holds responsible for his father's demise. During his mission, he faces betrayal by his partner, Vivian (Han Go Eun), and is subsequently cared for by Jin Bo-Bae (Han Chae-Young). As the narrative progresses, Kang-Ta attempts to find peace in a local slum, but his life is complicated by the interference of Hwang Woo-Hyun (Kim Min-Jong), a Korean intelligence official who becomes his rival.
Production
Production for the series commenced on February 16, 2010, with filming locations including Hawaii, United States. The series was directed by Lee Hyeong-Sun, with a screenplay written by Lee Hong-Koo and Park Seung-Hye.
