A Man and A Woman (Korean: 남과 여; RR: Namgwa Yeo) is a 2016 South Korean romance film directed by Lee Yoon-Ki. The film explores the complex emotional connection between two strangers who encounter each other in Finland.

Plot
The story begins in Helsinki, Finland, where Sang-Min (Jeon Do-Yeon) and Ki-Hong (Gong Yoo) meet while dropping off their respective children at a special needs camp. A chance encounter leads to a brief, intense connection between the two. After a snowstorm forces them to spend an evening together at an inn, they share a secluded experience in the woods and a sauna. They part ways without exchanging names, but their paths cross again months later in South Korea, leading to a complicated relationship as both individuals are married.
Production
The film was directed by Lee Yoon-Ki, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Shin Eun-Young. Production involved significant location shooting in Finland, which took place over approximately one month starting in early February 2015. Principal photography for the entire project spanned from November 19, 2014, to March 23, 2015. This project marked a reunion for director Lee Yoon-Ki and lead actress Jeon Do-Yeon, who had previously collaborated on the 2008 film My Dear Enemy.
