Plot

The story follows Han Hae-Na, a high school teacher who lives with a generational curse. Due to a mistake made by an ancestor, any family member who kisses another person transforms into a dog at midnight for six hours. This cycle repeats nightly until the person, while in their dog form, kisses the same individual again. To avoid this, Hae-Na remains cautious in her romantic life.

Her situation becomes complicated when, while intoxicated, she accidentally kisses her colleague, Jin Seo-Won. Seo-Won is a charismatic teacher who is popular with students but harbors a deep-seated fear of dogs due to a childhood trauma. Following the incident, Hae-Na must find a way to kiss Seo-Won again while in her dog form to break the curse, all while navigating his phobia.

Production

The series was adapted from Lee Hye's webcomic Onueldo Sarangseureobgae. Filming for the project concluded in April 2023. The show was broadcast on Wednesdays, though the schedule experienced delays due to the airing of professional baseball games, specifically the KBO League postseason matches in October and November 2023.
