4 Toes (Korean: 4발가락; RR: 4 balgarak) is a 2002 South Korean action film directed by Kye Yun-Sik. The film explores the lives of four high school friends who form a brotherhood and eventually navigate the complexities and dangers of the criminal underworld in Seoul.

Plot

The narrative centers on four high school classmates—Audie, Haetae, Lecaf, and Gak Granger—who pledge a bond of brotherhood. While Lecaf pursues academic interests in Seoul following graduation, his three friends remain behind, gradually establishing themselves within local gang structures. Eventually, the group reunites in Seoul, where they attempt to maintain a stable life within the criminal hierarchy. Their situation becomes complicated when they attend a meeting of various gang factions and learn of an associate conspiring with the Japanese Yakuza.
