19 Banme no Karte (The 19th Medical Chart) is a Japanese television drama series that aired on TBS from July 13 to September 7, 2025. The series is based on the webcomic of the same name by Katsuhito Fujiya, which began serialization in 2019 via Zenon Comic.

Plot
The story follows Akira Tokushige, played by Jun Matsumoto, a general practitioner working in a newly established general medicine department. In the context of the series, general medicine is presented as the 19th medical specialty in Japan. Unlike specialists focused on specific organs or surgical procedures, Tokushige approaches patient care by examining their lifestyles, home environments, and mental states. His primary diagnostic tool is active listening, which allows him to uncover hidden truths behind a patient's story and provide holistic care.
